Luxembourg Art Week, the international contemporary art fair in Luxembourg, is now accepting applications for the 2023 edition of the fair.
International emerging and established galleries are warmly encouraged to submit their application for the 9th edition of Luxembourg Art Week, which will be held from Thursday 9 (Preview) to Sunday 12 November 2023 in a generous 5,000 sqm ephemeral construction standing proudly on the Glacis Square, one of the capital's most visible locations.
Sections
Main Section – Booths from 25 to 75 sqm, comprising or not a storage space at €310 (excl. vat) per sqm
The Main Section brings together a selection of international art galleries who represent established artists. It also accommodates the secondary market.
[Focus] – Booths of 25 sqm, at €240 (excl. vat) per sqm
Alternating every two years, the Solo section honors the production of a few artists through dedicated projects, while the Focus section opens visitors to new artistic horizons by presenting a given dynamic European artistic scene. The Focus will be on Vienna in 2023 (section by invitation only).
Take Off – Booths from 25 to 30 sqm, at €155 (excl. vat) per sqm
This section reacts to recent market developments by providing emerging galleries and institutional or artist-run spaces with a professional, dynamic, and accessible platform to present recent work at affordable prices.

Applications are open from Wednesday 15 March to Saturday 3 June 2023.
For the first time, applications are to be filled exclusively online.

You will be asked to upload several documents during the online application process. Make sure to prepare all required documents and keep them within reach.
- A first PDF including a short presentation of your gallery (max. 1 000 characters), a list of represented artists, and 2 to 3 exhibition views.
- A second PDF including a short presentation of your booth concept (max. 1 000 characters), a list of exhibited artists, their CVs and 2 to 3 images of their works.

Final step, click the link below, fill in your online application and when completed, submit it for review.
No application fee is required to submit your gallery application, but please note that any late or incomplete application will not be considered by our selection committee.
The deadline for submissions is Saturday 3 June 2023.
Applications will be reviewed by the selection committee of the fair by mid-June. If your application is selected by our committee, you will receive a confirmation of participation at the end of June 2023.
