Discover Pipes have their ways with artist Emile Demerliac - In French and English, adapted to the participants
During this guided tour, the artist will discuss the making of this singular sound installation, composed of everyday industrial materials. Garden hoses, PVC pipes and ventilation hoods are transformed into a collective sound-producing system.
Emile Demerliac will share the research and experiments that shaped the project, from the legacy of the traditional organ to references to opera, inviting visitors to experience the work from a different perspective and discover an installation conceived as a space for listening, experimentation and encounter.
