Four talks on rules, money and data in Europe, seen from art, law and whistleblowing.

On the afternoon of Saturday 14 November four people meet at Casino Luxembourg: a legal scholar on the friction between a European regulation and the country that applies it, the artists of RYBN on what art can do with offshore finance, a critic on the lineage of artists who made work out of forms, stamps and permits, and the founder of a Berlin lab where whistleblowers, journalists and artists share a stage, on what art and whistleblowing have in common.

The thread is in the title: take the rules as written, follow them to the letter, and look at what they produce. Programme: 14:00 welcome; 14:15 Niovi Vavoula; 14:45 RYBN; 15:15 Régine Debatty; 15:45 break; 16:00 Tatiana Bazzichelli (online); 16:30 panel discussion moderated by Françoise Poos; 17:15 questions from the room; 17:30 end.

The book Public Record, with a text by Régine Debatty, will be available during the afternoon. In the morning, RYBN's walk Offshore Tour Operator opens the day (a separate event; 20 to 25 places, registration by mail to rsvp@pascalpiron.com).
