Biographies

Cécilia Zunt-Radot
began her career at two Parisian museums, first at the Palais Galliera and then at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs. In charge of exhibition production, she collaborated with numerous art world professionals and museum institutions. In 2013, she joined the Centre Pompidou-Metz, where she coordinated the realisation of international projects and became head of patronage and public relations. Director of Lët'z Arles since 2020, she supports artists in the realisation of their projects and coordinates all activities relating to the exhibitions, residencies and publications produced each year by the association.

Elina Brotherus

is one of the most recognized contemporary artists from Scandinavia. Brotherus’ art has been alternating between autobiographical and art historical approaches. Her early series on subjective experiences gave way to works dealing with the human figure and the landscape, the relation of the artist and the model. In her current practice she is revisiting Fluxus event scores and other written instructions for performance-oriented art of the 1950s-70s. Another recent theme is architecture: Brotherus photographs in private houses designed by important architects, taking roles of various imagined characters. Her tranquil  presence breaths life into these iconic spaces of architectural heritage. Elina Brotherus lives and works in Helsinki, Finland and Avallon, France. She has an MA degree in Photography from the University of Art and Design Helsinki (now Aalto University) and an MSc in Chemistry from the University of Helsinki. She has been awarded, among others, the Artist Professorship Grant of the Arts Promotion Centre Finland (2022-2026), Carte blanche PMU, France (2017), the Finnish State Prize for Photography (2008), and the Prix Niépce of Gens d’image (2005). Her works are in over 80 public collections including the Pompidou Centre, Paris, Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Denmark, LACMA, Los Angeles, and Moderna Museet, Stockholm.

Isabel Muñoz

is one of the greatest contemporary photographers. With an exceptional international career spanning 40 years, she has held more than 150 solo exhibitions around the world. A recipient of numerous awards, she has notably won the “World Press Photo Award” (in 2000 and 2004) as well as Spain’s “2016 National Photography Prize.” Born in Barcelona, Spain (1951), she moved to Madrid to pursue her studies in photography, taking her first professional steps between Madrid and New York, before relocating to other countries to carry out a variety of new and promising projects. Muñoz specializes in platinum prints and very large formats, which she uses to reinforce her message of passion for the body as a means of exploring the human condition. She turns her lens on dancers, wrestlers, warrior monks, bullfighters, prisoners, tribes, children, primates, horses, and, more recently, climate change, thereby reflecting the history of humanity—she does so with the deep sense of commitment that characterizes both her and her photography.

Sabrina Ponti

is an agent for photographers and filmmakers. She creates opportunities for the exchange of perspectives and practices between the creativity of the artists she represents and the worlds of brands. She is also committed to promoting collective and individual artistic projects (such as France(s) territoire liquide and Des sneakers comme Jay-Z) by seeking financial support and distribution partners. Very active within Les Filles de la Photo, where she served as co-president for four years, she co-founded the Etats généraux de la Photographie, which brings together ten professional organizations to address the sector’s economic, artistic, legal, and ethical challenges. The collective’s work continues through discussion workshops and lobbying efforts.
